Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a German-speaking individual to join our dynamic team in Malta as a Reservations Agent/Rental Car Contact Centre Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from German-speaking customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with rental car reservations, modifications, and cancellations while providing accurate information about rental car options, rates, and terms.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Process reservations and payments accurately using our reservation system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (both verbal and written) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
