Senior Corporate Advisor

The role of Corporate Services Officer is a vital part in our expanding business.

Located in Malta, you will be working within the Corporate Solutions team, focusing on drafting corporate documentation for regulated and non-regulated entities.

You will have direct interaction with clients, regulators, and other service providers across various jurisdictions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Drafting timely and accurate corporate documents
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Managing registers, resolutions, notifications to investors and regulators, and client meetings

In addition, you will provide support to other departments, assist with client-related queries, and maintain high-quality documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• 2 years' experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a similar position
• A degree or diploma in Law or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural team
