Our client, a fast-growing retailer of high-quality electronic products, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Answer any questions or concerns customers may have about products or services
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday on roster basis
