An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Advisor to join a well-established Bank in Malta.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and interpretation of laws, regulations, rulings, and judgments
Offer legal advice and liaise with other departments as necessary
Conduct research as well as any corporate work like drafting of documentation as instructed by the Bank
Participate in projects, proposing legal solutions, and contribute to guidelines and procedures
Submit reports, supervise projects, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
Assist in preparing the unit's business plan and budgets whilst maintaining high work standards
To attend or give training as requested and perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
