Quality Officer

This Quality Officer is responsible for the ongoing management of key aspects within the Quality department and works with the Quality Manager in the continued implementation and improvements of the Quality Management System across the company.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the ongoing implementation and management of the Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015
Undertake investigation of complaints and ensure the process including completion of relevant documentation is followed in line with the Standard Operating Procedure. This will require communication with company teams both at Head Office, Regional Offices and remote sites and clinics.
Conduct investigations of incidents, including Root Cause Analysis
Manage the Internal audit plan and undertake internal audits of the Quality Management system, completing relevant documentation. Prepare data for external audits
.Participate in risk management activities.
Ensure that the documents for which the quality department are responsible are up to date.
Undertake actions to create, review and amend such documents. Ensure company staff conform to the procedures associated with Document Control and support staff in the development of policies and procedures.
Provide training as part of the Induction and ongoing training of staff members of relevant topics related to Quality.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Clinical, Healthcare, Chemistry or Biology
Knowledge and experience of Quality management and governance
Previous experience of investigative activities, including Root Cause Analysis and able to gather and assimilate information
Previous experience in Incidents, Audit and CAPA
Ideally previous knowledge and experience of ISO 9001 certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
