One of our key clients, a leading provider in Fiduciary and Corporate services, with a strong global presence, is currently seeking to employ a Funds Director to join their team

Duties:

Reporting to the Managing Director, and leading all aspects of the fund's team, as well as being the central point of contact for Fund related projects and assignments
Taking a lead role in identifying problems and potential risks and being readily available to offer suitable solutions
Communicating directly with clients as well as with industry professionals, also being involved in other specific projects
Managing all Fund Operations aspects and delegating accordingly
Reviewing and management of Financial Statements
Actively involved in Business Development and Customer Relations

RequirementsA minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in a leadership role within Funds and/or Asset ManagementPrevious experience with NAV Calculation, Transfer Agency and Tax Compliance, as well as consolidation of accounts and IFRS regulations is essentialMust possess excellent organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenExperience coordinating Quality Assurance processes will be considered a strong assetEducation and ExperienceMust be ACCA qualified, or hold a related Degree in Accounting
