A highly reputable client of ours specialising and operating within the Trust & Corporate Services sector is looking to onboard a Corporate Associate to join their team of professionals

Duties:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with UBOs, clients, family offices and business introducers
Being the main point of contact for a selected portfolio of UBOs, clients and others, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner
Critically analysing proposed transactions from a legal, tax and corporate perspective, and providing tailored solutions where necessary
Managing and overseeing the execution of client transactions or restructuring projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
Advising the board of directors on client transactions
Reviewing/drafting commercial, corporate and corporate governance documentation
Administering legal and trust structures, including the formation and dissolution of legal entities predominantly in Malta and handling other ancillary formalities
Responsible for the performance (quality and quantity) of direct reports in order to optimise performance
Collecting the necessary KYC and CDD documentation and information and ensuring that all client files are in order from an AML/CFT perspective
Other related duties as may from time to time be reasonably required
Any other activities connected to the above activities.

RequirementsA minimum of 5 years relevant experience working within the CSP, accounting, tax or audit sectors.Experience working in a dynamic organisation and ability to build bridges between different stakeholders within the companyStrong leadership skills and excellent communication skillsCulturally sensitive and experienced in dealing with multiple nationalities and business culturesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
