IT Governance Manager

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced IT Governance Manager to join their growing team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of IT projects, monitoring compliance with policies and procedures, and engaging with stakeholders to collate information required for IT projects monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor projects portfolio to ensure that projects are running according to agreed plans, ongoing monitoring of dependencies and risks.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Assist with resource planning, prioritisation of activities and identification of cross project/programme resource dependencies.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to collate information required for IT projects monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist with the monitoring of resolution of regulatory findings (external audits, internal audits, and compliance) owned by ITSD and ensure that implementation is faithful with committed dates.
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Plan and monitor IT Governance projects.
Requirements
  • At least four years of working experience in data governance.
  • Experience in a project environment role, ideally as an analyst or project manager or IT Manager.
  • MQF Level 6 Degree in a related field.
