Mallard Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Applicants already living in Malta will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and coordinating daily schedules for room attendants
  • Inspecting rooms, floors, and areas assigned by the Housekeeper
  • Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
  • Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
  • Provide training to the housekeeping staff
  • Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed
  • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed
  • Constant communication with Front Office to ensure that rooms are inspected in time for arrival
  • Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
  • Report any faults to the maintenance department and follow them up Requirements:
  • Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
