Our client, an international company in the Investments Sector based in Malta, is looking to recruit a Junior Portfolio Analyst to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager the candidate will have the below responsibilities:

Verifying real estate investments against established checklists.
Preparing deal review documents using standardized templates.
Reviewing due diligence certificates and coordinating any required actions.
Ensuring timely receipt and proper storage of post-transaction documents.
Assisting in the preparation of various reports, including those for the MFSA and the Board of Directors.
Ensuring relevant committee meetings are held and minutes are properly recorded and stored.
Collaborating closely with Senior Management and providing administrative support as needed.
Staying updated on any updates or circulars issued by the MFSA.
Providing ad hoc support as required.
