Human Resources Coordinator

Being responsible for overviewing daily HR duties and making sure procedures and processes are being adhered to, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all staff adhere to Company rules and regulations.
- Liaising with HR Executive with regards to daily work.
- Checking which operatives reported sick by 09:00 am every morning.
- Liaising with Chief Operations Officer, General Manager, Head of Departments and Personal Assistant of the GM, who has called in sick leave by 09:30 am of every morning.
- Ensuring that all operatives' sick leave is inputted accordingly in the Indigo system, as per the sick leave process.
- Issuing sick leave reports monthly and ensuring that all employees not abiding by the policy a warning and fine or unpaid sick leave and warning is issued once a week, depending on the case.
- Updating excel sheet with all sick leave employees.
- Liaising with Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Executive with monthly sick reports.
- Liaising with the Personal Assistant of the General Manager to send employees to the company doctor
- Issuing monthly reports from Casual list and following up with employees with regards to Identity Card and National Insurance numbers.
- Ensuring that FS3 or last payslip is in the file and scanned and passed on to Payroll Officer.
- Ensuring that all transferred employees are opened on Jobsplus.
- Ensuring that all FS4s are sent to the Tax Department.
- Updating and sending work contracts to all employees once documents are received
- Ensuring that every month a report with new employees engaged with the GWU is issued for the HR Officer and ID cards are passed to update her records.
- Issuing any letters required by the employees
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year in a similar position is considered an asset
- Qualification in a relevant field is considered an asset
- Ability to work well in a team and alone
- Ability to multitask accordingly.
- Conscientious and attentive to detail
- Meticulous and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
