We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Rental Property Agent to join our team in Gozo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and listing properties for sale or rent, creating and managing property listings, and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source and list properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Create and manage property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media.
• Organize and manage property viewings for interested parties, providing exceptional customer service.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Assist clients in understanding the terms of contracts and the legal aspects of transactions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed of the status of their property transactions.
• Negotiate sale or rental prices and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.
• Prepare and present offers to property owners, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Oversee the drafting and finalization of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with legal professionals, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Stay updated on current market conditions, property values, and new developments in the real estate market.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties.
• Provide clients with market insights and advice to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle any post-sale or post-rental issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent is an asset, but training will be provided to candidates without experience.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-presented and confident, with the ability to communicate and write in English.
• Valid driving license and must own a car.
• Local experience is ideal, but not essential.
