As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with management and employees to provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs and challenges
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and handle any conflicts or issues that may arise
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new hires
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Handle performance management and employee evaluations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Working Hours: Monday - Friday.
RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position locally.Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolutionKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldBenefitsHealth and Life Insurance
