What are you going to be doing:

• Documenting the games offering across the different brands and markets
• Configure game suppliers for new and existing brands/markets
• Troubleshooting and debugging game suppliers configurations
• Assist with the daytoday maintenance requests and following up with operational issues (Rewards issues, game launch issues, etc.)
• Be able to read and understand APIs, Error Logs and communicate effectively with our game suppliers
• Be able to investigate logs in different platforms (eg Kibana, DataDog, etc)
• Solid Confluence and Jira knowledge
• Working and understanding multiple back offices both internal and external Our Ideal Candidate has:
• Great organization skills
• Manual testing capabilities on different devices and products
• Sound technical understanding on APIs, FE, BE in order to be able to debug and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and explain technical concepts
• Fast learner
• Advanced Jira and Confluence knowledge
• Ability to write technical and nontechnical documentation
• Preferably based in Malta. And additionally...
• Excellent communication skills, needed for delivery of information both to technical and nontechnical teams.
• Team player.
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, eager to learn new skills and technologies

Working Hours:
Office hours from 9:00 to 18:00. We have a hybrid working policy during Covid-19 times, with an opportunity to work several days from home.
