Our client is looking to recruit an Airworthiness/Planning Engineer to join their growing team. Reporting to the Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (NPCA) - CAMO Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible to:

Assist the NPCA in managing and controlling the fleet's airworthiness on a daily basis, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and practices;
Proactively report internal occurrences and unsafe practices, supporting the resolution of non-compliances and occurrences;
Collaborate with P145 Maintenance and Logistics Suppliers to support daily task programs;
Order and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring maintenance is properly carried out and released by an EASA Part 145 AMO in accordance with the approved AMP;
Liaise with CAMO Subcontractors to verify work performed related to planning issues;
Coordinate the replacement of time-controlled components with the AMO and the Logistic Department;
Prepare for maintenance checks/visits, procuring quotations for all necessary maintenance work;
Issue appropriate work orders to the AMO, either directly or through the CAMO Subcontractor;
Coordinate scheduled maintenance with the AMO, Operations, and Logistic Departments;
Ensure that Airworthiness Limitation Items (ALIs) and Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations (CDCCLs) are considered when scheduling maintenance, if applicable to the aircraft type;
Report any issues related to the maintenance tracking system software to the NPCA and the relevant system administrator, suggesting improvements to the maintenance tracking system;
Perform quality reviews of continuing airworthiness records to ensure compliance and accuracy;
Support airworthiness and operational requirements, preparing bridging checks for aircraft entering and leaving the fleet;
Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by the NPCA or the designated Deputy in their absence.

RequirementsStrong understanding of airworthiness management and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Attention to detail and ability to perform quality reviews.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in airworthiness management or a similar role within an aviation organization.Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and other relevant aviation standards.Proficiency in using maintenance tracking systems and software. AMOS knowledge will be considered a plus.BenefitsHealth Insurance
