Our client in the Banking Industry, is looking to recruit a Senior Finance and Treasury Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head of Finance and Treasury and CEO on a daily basis
Handling up to management accounts
Managing and monitoring the audit process
Assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets and forecasting
Monitoring the bank's financial performance compared to benchmarks and targets
Monitoring and controlling the quality of financial data, to ensure improvements are made
Handling financial reports and projections for risk and compliance matters
Supporting in projects related to feasibility studies and pricing studies
Handling the compilation of Tax and VAT
Leading a team and supporting with day to day running of the department

RequirementsA minimum of 4 years of local experience in a similar role Accounting role in the banking sector would be considered an asset Excellent command of Maltese and English Education and ExperienceDegree in Accounting or Fully Qualified ACCA BenefitsHybrid working model after probation Parking benefits Health and Life Insurance
