Recruit, manage and support staff, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance, handle work permits and payroll, and undertake administrative tasks to support the operation of Malta Red Cross.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Address staff queries promptly and professionally through various communication platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Handle work permit applications for international team members.
- Track employee hours and leave to prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Undertake various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of Malta Red Cross.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
