Our client, a leading international company is looking for an HR and Payroll Assistant to join their growing team. Forming part of the global HR & Payroll team, your responsibilities will include:

Handling HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, work permit applications, national insurance, and employee enrollment with national authorities.
Maintaining close contact with payroll providers.
Verifying payroll computations from third-party providers.
Serving as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll queries.
Ensuring HR/Payroll databases are consistently accurate and up-to-date.
Updating vacation and sick leave records for all Malta employees.
Managing filing systems, both physical and digital, for employee personal files.
Collecting data and calculating payments for corporate allowances, commissions, and bonuses.
Administering the enrollment and cancellation of employee benefits such as insurance and other perks.
Collaborating with the HR team on various HR and payroll-related activities and projects.
Performing other general HR duties as assigned.

RequirementsKnowledge of Shireburn Excellent level of English Based in Malta Education and ExperienceMinimum of 1 year experience in payroll
