Our client, an IT Solutions company located in Cyprus, is looking for 2 Full Stack Developers on a Senior and a Junior level based in Malta, to join their team and work remotely for the offices in Cyprus.

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in software development by participating in large scale implementation projects with an assigned tech team.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the design, development, and deployment of large-scale IT solutions for organizations across various sectors.
Utilize Java, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) to develop and enhance web applications, ensuring they meet the business requirements and technical specifications.
Guiding the development process from inception to completion.
Mentor and coach junior developers, providing them with technical guidance and support to enhance their skills and ensure quality deliverables (for Senior Developers)
Communicate effectively with team members and, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.
Work with database systems, such as Oracle and PL/SQL to design, develop, and optimize database queries and structures.
Use version control systems to manage code versions and ensure seamless collaboration with the Project Managers, the Data Architects and the Business Analysts.
Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
Take ownership of tasks and deliverables, working independently or as part of a team to consistently meet project deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and expand your technical expertise.
Apply new knowledge to enhance the quality and efficiency of the solutions developed for clients.

RequirementsOver 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, specializing in JavaFamiliarity with web application development using JavaScript.Experience with Bootstrap is a plus.Proficiency in working with database systems, particularly Oracle or SQL, is essential.Experience with version control systems.Strong command of the English language.Education and ExperienceA degree in Information Technology or a related field from a university or college.BenefitsRemote workingRoom for GrowthTraining
