Our client is looking for an HR Generalist. Your roles and responsabilities will include:

Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
Participating in employee inductions and orientations
Understanding employee requirements and drafting documents and letters as required
Assisting with maintaining employee training records drafting training notices and informing employees of upcoming training
Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
Updating organizational charts and other HR-related records
Assisting with other HR related day-to-day duties

RequirementsHighly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detailProficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certifiedEducation and ExperiencePrevious local experience in HR is a must In possession of an A' level standard of education.
