Campaign Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Delivery Manager to join a vibrant digital agency aiming to enhance its marketing department.

Main Duties:

  • Supervise the primary campaign schedule.
  • Facilitate the briefing process for campaigns.
  • Delegate and track tasks to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
  • Strategically manage production timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, VIP, support, and analytics teams.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality and brand standards.
  • Monitor, report, and adjust team performance metrics.
  • Enhance workflows and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Offer constructive feedback on team performance.
  • Resolve any delays or obstacles that arise.
  • Organize and manage campaign materials.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
  • Evaluate team productivity and results.
  • Plan and oversee external resource management.
  • Establish and uphold campaign procedures.
  • Responsible for KPI: efficiency of marketing production resources and execution timelines from idea inception to publication.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Casino sector.
  • Proven background in managing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with a knack for providing clear instructions to team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
