About the job

We are seeking to recruit a professional to join the Regulatory Reporting Team of our Finance Department. The selected candidate will join a team focusing specifically on prudential and statistical regulations. The unit is responsible for the preparation of regulatory and statistical information and for the interpretation and application of prudential regulation developed by the local and European authorities.

​The role is ideal for candidates who are seeking a challenging career in regulation within the banking industry. The candidate will be given the opportunity to develop technical and professional skills, to develop oneself, to work in an ethical and professional environment and to work for a dynamic and evolving organization.

The candidate will be responsible to:

  • Prepare reports and analysis on a monthly basis for use by management. These include capital management and liquidity management.
  • Enhance the procedures and validations to improve the reporting quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate regulatory interpretations and applicability to the competent authorities and within the Group.
  • Maintain documentation related to internal procedures and regulation interpretations. Keep abreast with the latest regulatory reporting requirements and assessing their applicability to the FIMBank Group.
  • Coordinate changes required to banking systems and subsidiary reporting in line with management and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate amendments required to system linked reports with the IT department and external providers. ​

Education & Experience

Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance or in any other related discipline experience in working in regulation or analysis, and with reporting tools is considered an asset working experience in working in an agile environment is considered an asset ​

Skills

  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  •  excellent written and verbal English communication skills.​
