Provide support to the finance team with general accounting tasks. Assist with cash management and cashier duties. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare VAT list. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Assist in financial and tax audits, compiling and submitting VAT return and general ledger preparation. Assist with ongoing audit requirements and liaise with company auditors. Assist other departments with reviewing expenses and department payment request. Liaise with banks to answer any queries and to keep updated with banking processes.
