Flight Operations Trainee

Lauda Europe, part of the Ryanair Group is currently recruiting for a Flight Operations Trainee to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.

Based in Lauda Europe’s Office in Pieta, Malta, as a Flight Operations Trainee you will work closely with our Chief Pilot, contributing to the efficient management of our Flight Operations Department on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain non-technical documentation.
• Administer training courses and ensure compliance.
• Assist in project management and end to end planning.
• Utilize data mining and analysis techniques to support ongoing projects, also compiling reports for management.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research, produce data and processes statistical analysis.
• Leadership and organisational skills – flexible with an ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

The following are an advantage:

• Previous experience in aviation.

• Educational background in statistics and analytics.
